In short: the calculators work on your device and nothing you type is sent to us. If you choose to sign in with Google, we store your name, email and the history you see under the History button, in India, only so it can appear on your other devices. We don't show ads, sell data or send marketing emails. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Mynalane ("we"). For anything about your data, including complaints, write to reachus@mynalane.com. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you don't sign in
Everything you type into a calculator is worked out in your browser. It is not sent to us or anyone else. To make the site more useful, your browser keeps some things on your device only: your favourites, saved and recent calculations, your health profile (sex, age, height, weight), the food log, the business and bank details you enter in the GST invoice maker, your theme and currency. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser. Customer details you type into a quote or invoice are never stored, not even on your device.
If you sign in with Google
Signing in is optional. It lets your favourites, saved and recent calculations appear on all your devices. When you sign in, you agree to us using the following, for that purpose only:

We don't use your data for anything else: no advertising, no profiling, no selling or sharing it for others' use, and no marketing emails. We don't collect your phone number, location, contacts or payment details. The GST invoice maker's business and customer details are never synced.
Please don't sign in if you are under 18. The calculators work fully without signing in.
Where your data is kept, and who handles it for us
- Google Firebase (Google LLC) stores your synced history in its Firestore database in Mumbai, India (asia-south1), and runs Google sign-in. Firebase's sign-in service keeps your name, email, profile picture link and account ID, and may handle these outside India. Google acts on our instructions as our data processor.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) delivers this website. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and browser details when you visit, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you're signed in, your browser keeps a sign-in token for this site so you stay signed in. Google's sign-in window is run by Google under Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Your synced history stays until you delete it: one item at a time with the ✕ in History, or all of it with Delete my account and data. Recent calculations are limited to the last 5 per calculator. When you delete your account, your synced history and your sign-in record are deleted straight away. Signing out removes the synced history from that device, but keeps it in your account.
Your rights
- See your data: everything we store about you is shown under History and on the home page while you're signed in. You can also email us for a summary of what we hold and who handles it for us.
- Correct or update it: rename or delete saved items yourself, or email us.
- Delete it, or withdraw your consent: use Delete my account and data in the account window (the circle with your initial, at the top). Turning off health sync removes your health calculations from your account straight away. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Complain: email reachus@mynalane.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate someone: you can name a person to use these rights for you if you die or can't use them yourself. Email us to do this.
Keeping it safe
All connections use HTTPS. The database only lets each signed-in person read and change their own history, and only in the shapes this site writes. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If we start using your data in a new way, we'll ask you first.
